Journey of Hope is launching a capital campaign to establish our first permanent building — a place where individuals and families affected by abuse can find compassionate support, healing resources, education, life-skills training, community connection, and hope for a new beginning.

This building will become a visible promise to our community: you are not alone, your life matters, and healing is possible.
Many people affected by abuse face barriers that make it difficult to seek help: fear, isolation, lack of resources, limited transportation, financial uncertainty, and not knowing where to turn. The Journey of Hope building will create a welcoming, trusted place where people can take a next step toward healing and stability. It will allow the organization to serve the community more consistently, expand programs responsibly, build stronger partnerships, and establish a lasting foundation for generations to come.

The Vision for Our First Building
The final design will match our actual budget, zoning, staffing, licensing, and program plans. The campaign describes spaces such as:
Welcome and resource center
A warm, confidential first point of contact for people seeking information, support, and referrals.
Private meeting rooms
Space for confidential conversations, advocacy, intake, mentoring, pastoral support, and partner meetings.
Support-group rooms
Comfortable gathering spaces for healing groups, life studies, educational programs, and peer support.
Training and classroom space
Workshops on healthy relationships, prevention, job readiness, technology, financial confidence, and life skills.
Multipurpose community room
A flexible space for seminars, volunteer training, donor gatherings, church partnerships, and community events.
Resource library and digital access
Printed materials, online resources, computers, and guided access to community services.
Healing and reflection space
A peaceful area for prayer, reflection, encouragement, and emotional renewal.
Administrative offices
Workspace for staff, volunteers, program coordination, fundraising, and partnership development.
What Your Gift Will Help Build
